Share Your Unique Selling Proposition

What makes you better that your competition? What makes your company and your team stand out? What do you have to offer that is unique to your company? Do you sell homes faster than anybody else? Do you offer better prices than your competition? Do you deliver in less time than your competition? That is your unique selling proposition.

Focus on the hard work you and your team do to deliver said advantage, avoid being braggy or conceited.

Tips:

  • If you can use specific numbers like “Assured delivery of your product in 2 hours” or “Our average time to sell your home is 15 days.
  • Let them know why it matters. How does it compare to your competition?
  • Use comparison words like faster, better quality, less expensive, etc.
