Share Customer Reviews & Testimonials

Did a customer write you an awesome review? Let your followers know what your customers have to say about you and your company. This helps build trust and improve your online reputation. Not everyone that visits your page will look up your reviews, by highlighting them on your feed you increase the chances of them reading what your customers’ experiences have been like.

Tips:

  • When possible share a photo of the job you did with the testimonial.
  • If it’s too long, pick the best part and share a link to your website for the full review.
  • Don’t post testimonials too often.
  • If you have the opportunity share a video testimonial.
